The Foundation employs four full-time and one part-time person. Together our talents and skills are used to provide for business functions such as Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Grantmaking, Fund Development, Finance and Investment, Marketing and Communications, Public Education, Information Technology, Accounting, Purchasing, and Facilities Management. It is also a responsibility for each of us to continue our education in the field of philanthropy- understanding new methodologies and trends, and to know and become familiar with the role of government and legislation within our industry. This is done on an annual budget of around $340,000, which amounts to less than 2% of total assets under management.
