Jennifer Sharkey

Jennifer Sharkey is the Lead Research Engineer for the Indiana Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) at Purdue University. She leads the Innovation and Research Program and is the legislative liaison to the state legislature. Locally, Jennifer serves on the Angola Common Council and has previously served as the County Engineer for Steuben County. She is a dedicated public servant and is passionate about serving all units of government so all communities can thrive. She has several advanced degrees including a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Tri-State (Trine) University, a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Ball State University, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Purdue Global. She is also a Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Public Manager, and Certified Project Management Professional.
