Brevin Bennett
Treasurer, Board of Directors
Rooted in Hamilton, Brevin’s connection to SCCF runs deep. He is following in the footsteps of his great uncle, Jim Ingledue, a distinguished SCCF board member for nearly a decade. Inspired by his uncle’s commitment to Steuben County, Brevin aspires to carry on his legacy and contribute to the place that not only shaped his own path but also holds a special place in his family’s history. Brevin’s passion for giving back was ignited as a former member of FIST, SCCF’s youth philanthropy program.
Redefining the traditional path to success, Brevin began his professional career in the manufacturing sector at an entry-level position. His rapid progression within the industry, starting from trade programs and internships in Steuben County, led him to achieve notable positions, from department manager to VP of Operations, President, and most recently at just 26-years-old, CEO at Hamilton-based Triton Metal Products. This unconventional career path has sparked a passion in Brevin to support opportunities for people to grow in their careers outside of a formal college education. Brevin’s unconventional career journey has kindled a passion for promoting the success of other individuals by helping them grow in their careers and creating positive impacts outside of their profession.
Through his SCCF board service, he aims to explore innovative ways to engage younger generations in philanthropy, seeking to expand the foundations horizons and provide avenues for growth.
In his free time, Brevin enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, and spending time with friends and family.
