Kevin Diehl

Secretary, Board of Directors
Asset Development Committee

“I see the goal of the Community Foundation to assist organizations and individuals in Steuben County financially for the benefit of the entire county. This is achieved by bringing donors from various aspects and angles of life together with funds that support their passions in life. ”
— Kevin

Kevin Diehl grew up in the Orland area and graduated from Prairie Heights High School. During high school and after Kevin was employed at Bill’s Towing and Repair until he began his career at Miller Poultry. Over twenty-six years later, Kevin is now the Chief Operations Officer at Miller Poultry.

With his community ties and passion for Steuben County, Kevin brings an important perspective to the SCCF board. There are many strong organizations that benefit Steuben County through important programs, and Kevin looks forward to seeing how the community foundation can help ensure that those organizations have the funds to do so.

Kevin credits his parents for passing on their passion for community involvement. His dad served as a firefighter for 40+ years and his family was highly involved in the Steuben County 4-H fair for many years.

Today, Kevin remains an active community member. In addition to his role on the SCCF board of directors, Kevin is a Captain with Orland Fire Rescue and is a member of the Steuben County Industrial Guild board, and the REMC Membership Advisory Committee. Kevin believes there are many things that make Steuben County a thriving community—recreational opportunities through the lakes and nature parks, local shops and restaurants, and great employers.

Kevin and his wife, Corinna, have two children. They enjoy the outdoors and spending time on the family farm raising chickens and cattle.
