Join us for a two-part workshop on Budget Building and Management for Nonprofits, led by Brenda Shipe. The workshop will be held at Trine University's Zollner Athletic Stadium Hospitality Suite on October 9th and 30th from 12-1 p.m. It is recommended to attend both parts. The focus of the workshop will be on understanding and building budgets. Part 1 will cover the "how to do it" aspects and provide tools to practice budget creation, while Part 2 offers an opportunity to workshop those budgets in person and address any questions. Brenda Shipe is an enrolled agent specializing in tax preparation and planning, QuickBooks assistance and set-up, bookkeeping, payroll processing and filings, and entity selection assistance. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor with over 30 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, and 19 years in public accounting. Brenda received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Accounting degree in 2003 from Tri-State University.
