Managing Conflict

Conflict is an inevitable part of every organization. Nonprofit leaders are often faced with managing conflict in a variety of areas involving staff, volunteers, and board members. This workshop will provide some tools for staying grounded in the organization’s mission and identifying ways to avoid conflict as well as ways to handle conflict effectively.

Location: The workshop will take place in person at the SCCF office. However, those who prefer to participate virtually may join via Zoom. Please contact us in advance so we can set up the technology. The SCCF office is located at 1701 N. Wayne St in Angola.
