Strategic Plan 2018-2021
For Steuben County Community Foundation to do its best work, we need to understand what issues are most important to the residents of this area. In 2017, we conducted surveys and focus groups to find out what people thought about SCCF. Based on that feedback, the board of directors formulated a 3-year strategic plan to guide our work. By following these strategies, our board hopes to position SCCF to serve as a better community leader and champion of philanthropy in Steuben County.
Four Strategic Tracks
