Financials and Strategic Goals

Vital Statistics

Daily operations of the Steuben County Community Foundation are executed by a small staff of 4.5 full-time employees. Together, our talents and skills are used for a variety of business functions, including Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Grantmaking, Fund Development, Finance and Investment, Marketing and Communications, and Public Education.

Each staff member works to continue our education in the field of philanthropy- understanding new methodologies and trends, and to know and become familiar with the role of government and legislation within our industry.

Strategic Plan 2018-2021

For Steuben County Community Foundation to do its best work, we need to understand what issues are most important to the residents of this area. In 2017, we conducted surveys and focus groups to find out what people thought about SCCF. Based on that feedback, the board of directors formulated a 3-year strategic plan to guide our work. By following these strategies, our board hopes to position SCCF to serve as a better community leader and champion of philanthropy in Steuben County.
