Nonprofit CEO/Executive Director Evaluation

Nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors benefit from annual performance evaluations like their for-profit counterparts. This process provides an opportunity to check-in with the board of directors about compensation and performance. This workshop will cover best practices for directors to ask for an evaluation. We will provide a sample memo template and other tools for communicating with a board executive committee.
This workshop will take place virtually via Zoom. There is space available for limited attendance in person at the SCCF office. If you do not have access to Zoom, please contact us in advance so we can set up technology at the SCCF office for you to participate.
