Board Recruitment and Training for Nonprofit Directors

A high functioning and strategic board of directors can make a big difference in a nonprofit’s success. This workshop will discuss strategies for nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors to approach recruitment based on diverse skills and potential for leadership. The workshop will also dive into onboarding new board members and how to navigate tough conversations with board members.
This workshop is specifically geared towards nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors. Board members are encouraged to RSVP to attend SCCF’s board boot camp in April.

Location: The workshop will take place via Zoom. Participants who do not have access to technology may attend in person at the SCCF office if preferred. Please contact us in advance so we can set up the technology.
