Effective Communication: How to Leverage Collaboration and Strategy
SCCF is excited to invite community and nonprofit leaders to this workshop presented by Olivia Lusher, Ed.D. Associate Professor at Ketner School of Business.
This workshop will include:
- How to build more robust collaborative partnerships
- Utilize collaborative relationships to offset the financial ask within a grant proposal
- Presentation of relative real-life collaborative grants
- Group discussions of current needs
- A think tank activity to brainstorm and generate ideas to develop collaboration and strategy
