Emotional Intelligence in Leadership
Community and nonprofit leaders are invited to this workshop presented by associate professors Linda Cooper, M.B.A., M.A., and Linda H. Conley, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, of TrineUniversity’s Kettler School of Business.
In today’s work environment, effective leadership extends beyond technical expertise. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is a key differentiator that empowers leaders to navigate challenges, foster collaboration, and drive success.
You will leave this workshop with the tools and insights needed to excel professionally and personally. This will include understanding what EQ is, why it is important to develop in the workplace, how to assess and improve your own EQ, how to create space for colleagues to share emotions, and how to manage younger generations holistically and practically.
There will be a $15 fee for participants not representing a nonprofit organization.
