“Community foundations are the heart and soul of a community. It’s an honor to serve at an organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals, families and organizations.”

Lisa joined the Steuben County Community Foundation team in October 2022 as Vice President of Programs. She has been involved with nonprofits and fundraising for more than 20 years, both as a volunteer and a professional. After working in the retail, banking and accounting industries, she made the transition to nonprofit fundraising fulltime in 2013. Lisa holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Fund Development from the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) through CFRE International.

As a former board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Northeast Indiana Chapter, Lisa has been a speaker/presenter for AFP education programs and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).

In her free time, Lisa is an online adjunct instructor for City Vision University, teaching grant writing and fundraising. She also enjoys spending time at her home on Hamilton Lake in Hamilton, Indiana with her husband, Michael, and visiting with their three adult children.
