Meet the team

Silby grew up in Fort Wayne and relocated in 2018 to Steuben County for work. She currently lives in Angola with her husband Stephen.  

A significant portion of Silby’s childhood revolved around volunteering alongside her parents, grandparents, and church. This instilled in her a great love for people and passion for her community.  

She began working at the SCCF as Program Associate in April of 2023.  She is excited to bring her project management skills into a career that fosters her love for people and passion for her community. Outside of work Silby enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys hiking on local trails, playing board games, and traveling.
